 電弧爐變壓器二次低壓大電流的工作特點使得變壓器溫升及漏磁問題變得異常突出。文中分析了不同的箱壁材質和二次箱壁出線導電桿相間間距對漏磁場和溫度場分布的影響,確定出合適的箱壁材料和合理的出線結構,并對二次側箱壁采用不同材料的壁磁感應強度進行對比分析,得出了大容量大電流電弧爐變壓器二次側采用不銹鋼板材料,出線銅排采用“品”字形排列方式的新型結構是合理和有效的。

Due to the working feature of arc furnace transformer that the secondary voltage of large current, the problems of temperature rise and leakage flux field of transformer become extraordinary extrusive. By analyzing the influence of different materials of tank wall and the separate space of electrical conductor at tank wall of secondary side on the distribution of leakage flux field and temperature field, this paper settles down the appropriate material of tank wall and suitable exit structure. By comparing and analyzing the magnetic inducting intensity of wall with various materials of tank wall of secondary side, it is concluded that the adopting of stainless steel plate for the secondary side of arc furnace transformer with large capacity and large current, together with“triangle”shape arrangement for exit copper row is reasonable and effective.
